General questions and support

To help us help you quickly, please include as much detail as you can: the device you are using (for example, iPhone, Android, Windows, or Mac), the browser and its version, the exact TikTok link you were trying to download, and a short description of what happened versus what you expected. Screenshots are extremely helpful. Clear, detailed messages let us understand the problem on the first read and get back to you with a real answer instead of a request for more information.

Feature requests and feedback

GrabTok keeps improving because of feedback from the people who use it. If there is a format you wish we supported, a language you would like added, or a part of the interface you find confusing, tell us. We cannot promise to build everything, but many of the improvements we have made came directly from user requests, and yours might be next.

Copyright and content removal

If you are a rights holder and you have a concern about content, please do not use the general support address. Instead, see our DMCA page, which explains exactly what information we need and the fastest way to reach the right inbox. Because we do not host any videos ourselves, we will also point you toward the most effective way to have the original content addressed at the source. Handling these requests through the DMCA process helps us act on them properly and quickly.

What we cannot help with

Because GrabTok is an independent tool and not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance, some things are simply outside our control. We cannot recover TikTok accounts, reset TikTok passwords, remove content from TikTok itself, unlock private or region-restricted videos, or influence anything inside the TikTok app. If your question is about your TikTok account or the TikTok platform, the official TikTok support channels are the right place to go. For everything about our downloader tool, though, we are happy to help.

Response times

We are a small, independent team, so please allow a little time for a reply — usually a few business days. We prioritise clear, well-described messages because they let us solve problems faster. If you do not hear back right away, please be patient; we do our best to reach every genuine message. We appreciate you using GrabTok and taking the time to help us make it better.

We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell your contact details, and we do not keep your information any longer than we need to in order to resolve your query.
